1、 SHIPMENT MEANS?
A) Dispatching the whole semi trailer by bulk cargo boat. The freight cost is upon to destination & outside dimension of semi trailer.
B) Dispatching the whole semi trailer by 45ft container (only possible for skeletal, flatbed, wall side and storehouse semi trailer). In this way, two semi trailers could be shipped by one 45ft container.
C) Cutting the semi trailer into 2 parts and dispatch them by 40ft high container, then weld them together in destination. Two semi trailers could be shipped by one 40ft high container. The cutting has no influence on performance of semi trailer.
D) SDK/CKD (semi or completely knocked down). In SDK/CKD condition, the semi trailer is unassembled thus could be shipped through standard container. In this way, it takes little room when shipping, so freight cost will be cut down. Moreover, customs duty for parts is lower than whole semi trailer in some Country. One 40ft container plus 2 x 20ft container could packing 10 SDK/CKD kits.

2、 POLICY ON GUARANTEE OF QUALITY?

A) RANGE OF WARRANTY
The manufacturer guarantee repair or replace of parts for any disaster or disable caused by poor quality of manufacturing if it happen within 1 year after trailer leave the factory and course is not more than 20000 km when using of the trailers is accord to user’s guard and proper. (Remark: Rubber parts, electric & lights, steel plate are excluded)

D) INDICATION
Please check parts of the trailer before loading in order to avoid except.
When loaded, please do not drive the trailer until goods are spaced and fixed on the trailer.
Please control the speed when drive on curve because center of gravity is a bit high when loaded.
To insure best performance always and get the best benefit of the trailer, please check the trailer carefully before use thus you could operate the trailer safely and maintain it in a planned way.

3、 SDK/CKD?
As mentioned in question 1, we could dispatch semi trailer in SDK/CKD means, then assist you to finish them locally, thus cut down the freight cost and customs duty. Moreover, we could help you build up a factory to assembly semi trailer.

4、 SPECIAL REQUIREMENT?
Besides regular product, we could produce it according to your special requirement.

5、 OEM/ODM?
Making the semi trailer according to your design, or even design it according to your idea.

6、 PAYMENT?
Usually, we appreciate 30% by T/T as down payment, balance by irrevocable, confirmed and sight L/C.
